Business Manager - Position Description

Freshwater Creek Steiner School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our senior leadership team. This rewarding part-time role (0.8/32 hours per week) is crucial to the success of our school, overseeing finance, administration, human resources, and operational management. The Business Manager works collaboratively with the Head of School, leaders from Early Childhood, Primary School, College of Teachers, and the School Council. A willingness to support the ethos and values of FWCSS is essential.

Prep Teacher - 2026 - Position Description

We are currently seeking applications for the role of Prep/Foundation teacher to commence in January 2026. This is a full time, ongoing position. The successful candidate will be a dedicated and experienced primary teacher, preferably with experience with the 5–6-year-old age group. The Prep teacher works from the principles of Steiner Education for the Early Years, with a Class of up to 25 children and an assistant (co-educator).
